Champ Chevrey is situated at the bottom of Les Lavières Premier Cru, on the south facing slopes underneath the Bois de Noël. However it does not often appear on vineyard maps of the commune and it is often regarded as part of the Aux Fournaux title.
The wines from here are often well-reviewed and are generally characterized as being relatively full-bodied for the appellation. Due to a small crop in 2016, the fruit formed part of a generic Savigny-lès-Beaune Premier Cru cuvée.
